Dr. Mills was born in Culpeper, Virginia. She attended Culpeper County High School and graduated as valedictorian in 1986. She received a B.S. in Biology in 1990 from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. Dr. Mills attended the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia and received her D.D.S. in 1994. She also attended MCV/VCU for an additional year to obtain her Advanced Education in General Dentistry degree in 1995.
After completing her education, Dr. Mills then returned to her home town of Culpeper to be close to family and friends. She opened her private General Dentistry practice in 1995.
Dr. Mills is a member in good standing of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Association .

Frecia has been a Patient Care Coordinator with our practice since 2010. She has been in the customer service field since 1975 and has been in the dental field since 1998. Frecia resides here in Culpeper with her family and enjoys entertaining, gardening, cooking & scrapbooking. |

Tracy has been a Patient Care Coordinator with our practice since 2010. She graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1990 with a B.S. degree in Business Management. She has 20 years of medical customer service experience and has been in the dental field since 2010. Tracy resides here in Culpeper with her family. She is the Hand bell Program Director at her church and enjoys singing in the choir and playing the piano. |

Kelsey has been a Dental Assistant with our practice since 2021. She began her career in Assisting in 2014. Kelsey lives in Culpeper with her son and enjoys spending time traveling with him and friends/family. |

Jessica has been a Dental Hygienist with our practice since 2021. She earned her degree in 2021 from Northern Virginia Community College, and received the Colgate STAR Award for outstanding patient care. Jessica grew up in Greene County and moved to Culpeper with her husband in 2013. She has 2 wonderful children and loves to spend time on the farm and riding horses. |
